Deleting records from all tables

This is the part of my findings when playing around the T-SQL. This code snippet allows the user to delete all the records from all the tables in database provided you should disable all the foreign keys from the database.

EXECUTE sp_msforeachtable 'delete from ?'
EXECUTE sp_msforeachtable 'print "?" dbcc checkident ("?", RESEED, 0)'
